วิธีใช้ : ใช้น้ำในการแกง

วิธีทำ :

เครื่องแกงไตปลาเจ ขนาด 80 กรัม 1ซอง : เนื้อสัตว์ทดแทน 500 กรัม : น้ำ 1000 ml. : กะปิเจ 1/2 ช้อนโต๊ะ : น้ำไตปลาเจ

เครื่องแกงไตปลาเจ ขนาด 200กรัม 1ซอง : เนื้อสัตว์ทดแทน 1500 กรัม : น้ำ 2500 ml. : น้ำไตปลาเจ

 

ขั้นตอนการปรุง  :

1) ตั้งกระทะ ใส่น้ำ ตั้งไฟจนเดือด

2) ใส่เครื่องแกง คนให้ละลายเข้ากัน เคี่ยวจนหอม

3) ใส่น้ำไตปลา ต้มให้เดือดจัดจนหอม

4) ใส่เนื้อสัตว์และผัก ปรุงรส ผักสุก ปิดไฟ

 

ข้อแนะนำในการเก็บรักษา :

1) สินค้าสามารถอยู่ในอุณหภูมิห้องที่ไม่โดนแสงแดดและความร้อนได้นาน 6 เดือน

2) เมื่อได้รับสินค้า**ควรเก็บในช่องฟรีซ สามารถเก็บได้นาน 1 ปี**

3) กรณีเปิดซองแล้วใช้ไม่หมด **ควรเก็บในตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดา สามารถเก็บได้นาน 8 เดือน**

80g curry paste 1 pack : 500 g meat : 1000 ml water

200g curry paste 1 pack : 1500 g meat : 2000 ml water

1) Heat a pan, add water and heat until boiling.

2) Add curry paste, stir to dissolve and simmer until  fragrant.

3) Add Tai pla sauce, bring to a boil until fragrant.

4) Add meat and vegetables, seasoning, cooked vegetables, turn off the heat.

 

How to keep :

1) Store at room temperature protected from light and can be stored for about 6 months.

2) To maintain freshness should be stored in the freezer after purchase. Can be stored for 1 year**

3) Always store in the refrigerator once opened and can be stored for about 8 months
